Well I got the first of my shots this morning at the doctor's, so I guess that we are really getting ready for our mission!! I go to the dentist tomorrow for xrays and cleaning, then on the 15th to get a physical!! Will keep you all posted on that matter!!
Michelle, I got on the treadmill today for the first time in months and I just made it a half mile and thought that I would pass out, throw up or something stupid Like it or not, I will keep at it!! We are supposed to be able to walk 3 miles without any trouble. I wonder if I can ever do it!!

Okey, last night we primed the wainscoating and today we got it all finished It looks awsome!!

Ah, yes, the bottom of the wainscoating was not painted because we will be putting in a new trim at the bottom. I don't know just when that will be. We have new white outlet covers too!!

AND the air conditioning man did come back because, apparently when someone wired the a/c on the new side of the house it was wired wrong. It was blowing hot air!! Well, it all got fixed, the a/c covers are now back up and it is almost cold in the house. Besides, when he rewired the house it also got the ceiling register in the front room working and darned if it isn't cooler in there too. And to think we are doing all this for someone else to live here for a year and a half!! Pretty charitable, huh??

The air conditioner men were her this morning about 8:15 and I think will be returning in the morning. We now have two (our old ones) sitting in the driveway, but the good news is that we have two new ones to replace them. And, two new thermostadts. They turned them on and I about froze, so they work.


This is what they left behind, so I am guessing they will be back?? Which means we got a new something or other in the hall closet, too. I am not sure just what he did in there, and then they were in the attic, too, so I guess they had to do some rewiring. So what do I know about all these things??
So here is one of the new thermostadts--the one by the bathroom. Pretty slick, huh??

Well, Dad and Chino are putting on the wainscoating today. They have made a couple of trips to the home depot and Lenhardt's so they are about done. As you can see, the corner is almost done. They are now working on the trim work

when Julia was here this morning she raved about the flowers out front, and since you have seen them before, I won't say much except that, "aren't they awesome!! What a wet winter will do, right??



And how about the grass--lawn?? Pretty nice, huh??

No, you are not seeing double, and no, this is not Michelle's bedroom. Phil and I went shopping at the same store, and I tried to steer him away from this particular bed set, but it was the one we liked, so we now share the same bedding that Michelle has.!!

When I was doing my addiction (yard sales) I found this cute little frog that I put on the ladder at the front door. I loved it, and the price was right!!
