When Melissa came to paint, I had cleared off the counters (that's why you see the mess on the table and island), taken off all the light switches, and phone attachments. She does a whiz bang job and we are so happy to have this done.

The painting on this part of the room needed done as the men will be coming next week to put on the new countertops. We are excited about that, and the new paint!!
The dinette corner of the room is only painted down to the strawberries because we will be putting wainscoating on the bottom part. What a change it will be!!

See the island and its mess? How about the refrigerator!! Dad moved it out so I could clean the floor, coils, and walls before the painting went on. What a mess!! I wonder how long ago that was done?? It sure looks bare above the sink, doesn't it??
